2. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • Processing enrolment and service enquiries
  • Delivering programmes, workshops, and security services
  • Sending relevant communications about our services

  • Service providers: Web3Forms (contact form processing), Google (analytics), Microsoft (Clarity)
  • Partners: TEGAS, SDEC, or NACSA only where required for joint programmes, with your consent

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by law. Enrolment records are retained for 3 years after the last active session. Business enquiry data is retained for 2 years.

  • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements)
